This self contained farm cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Enjoy the healthy breakfast provisions provided. Also relax outside in the sheltered barbeque area.

The bedrooms are comfortably decorated with a Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom and a single in the small sunroom.

The beds are made with cotton sheets and feather duvets. Plenty of blankets and electric blankets are available along with a cot and high chair for the baby. Enough towels are provided for a one night stay or a six month stay. There's a washing machine and clothes drier.

An open fire with stacked wood warms the sitting room in no time during a winter stay and heaters are in each of the rooms. There are books and magazines to read, a small TV, games, jigsaws and toys.

The  bathroom has a shower.

This spacious country accommodation cottage is set in peaceful, secluded surroundings overlooking Matangi sheep and cattle farm with views down the Tuki Tuki Valley.

 

PRICES

The rate is $180 per night per couple including breakfast provisions.
For stays longer than a week breakfast provisions are not included.
$20 per extra person per night.
School children stay free.
Winter Rate : From May 1st till September 30th :
stay 3 or more nights and the third night is free.
